Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee
mcgarrigle & co offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all 1954 Act subscriptions — monthly (£10), annual (£99) and the helpline plan (£50 per month). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at chris@mcgarrigle.com and we will pass the request on. Please include your order or invoice reference if you have it.
After a refund
Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your subscription ends and paid features return to the free allowance.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account page or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation on its own is not a refund request — use the steps above if you also want money back.
Paddle’s policy
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns, and its refund policy also applies to your purchase.
